On behalf of the Organising Committee I am pleased to invite you to attend the Home Dialysis Conference of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology from 26 – 28 February 2020.
The Home Dialysis Conference is an official conference of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology. It will bring together health care professionals, carers and patients from Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific focussing on building and developing home based dialysis therapies. This biennial event attracts 200+ attendees and provides an opportunity for anyone interested in home dialysis, to collaborate, share ideas, discuss their research and to lead innovative change to enhance quality patient care.
We look forward to meeting you in Canberra in 2020.
