Accommodation will be held at the following hotels until 30 days prior to the Conference when all unsold rooms will be released. After this date you will need to contact the hotels directly to see if the Conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.

Rooms have been reserved for delegates at the hotels below and can be booked when registering for the conference. All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified. We will indicate in the hotel descriptions below once we have used all the allocated rooms for each hotel.

Bookings

The online registration form allows you to book available rooms. You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Please email us your accommodation requirements if you have already registered for the Conference.

Extended Bookings

Please email us if you wish to extend your accommodation booking before or after the Conference. This is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment

Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.

You can arrange to pay your accommodation using a third-party credit card, by completing the Credit Card Authorisation form and emailing it to your confirmed hotel 30-days prior to the conference.

Please email us if you wish to be invoiced for your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.

Changes and Cancellations

Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night’s accommodation. However, each hotel’s policy varies and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked.

Please email us any cancellations and date changes.

Early Check-in Requests

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.

You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
